– Guaranteed 3 Day Orders will be shipped via USPS. Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days after the ship date. (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days) The shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before 4:00 PM Pacific Time will ship out the next day (except in cases where  order is pending verification).
– Not all expedited shipping methods are available to all locations.
Damaged Shipments
– We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, the damage will occur despite our precautions.
– If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a USPS claim for the item.
– Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material and we will send you a USPS Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.
– If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a USPS tracer.
– For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada that have been damaged in shipping, please contact us.
Shipment Tracking
– eBay sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed.
– Tracking numbers beginning with 9 have been sent via USPS, and can be tracked via www.usps.com and eBay purchase details.
– Package movement will be updated by USPS at the end of each business day; given there is information to update.
– Please note that freight shipments being delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if Freight company is unable to contact you by phone to setup a delivery date and time.
Company Policies
– Returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products that are in the original condition and packing in which they were purchased.
– We accept return within 30 days after delivery.
– Defective items will be exchanged on non-defective items.
– 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items.
